Quantity Surveyor

HIRING: QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS) Doha, Qatar Industry: Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / EPC Employment: Full-time | On-site Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and manage project cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts - Handle client billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups - Manage variations, claims, and contract administration - Evaluate and certify subcontractor work and payments - Monitor cost control and overall project financial performance - Prepare and review BOQ, tender documents, and cost estimates - Coordinate with project and engineering teams to ensure cost-effective execution - Monitor contractual and commercial requirements throughout the project Key Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying / Mechanical Engineering - Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience - Strong background in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / EPC projects - Experience in QAPCO or similar petrochemical projects will be an advantage - Strong knowledge of cost control, SAP, billing, and contract management - Experience in handling variations, claims, EOT, and subcontractor management - Good knowledge of BOQ, tendering, and cost estimation - Strong communication, coordination, and commercial management skills
