Job description
Leading Precast & Construction Project looking for a Quantity Surveyor in Kuwait. Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering / Construction Management with 5–8 Years Relevant Experience. Experience in Quantity Surveying – Precast / Construction Projects, BOQ, Cost Estimation & Budgeting, Cost Control, Variations, Change Orders & Claims, Tender Documentation & Commercial Proposals, Quantity Measurement & Site Verification, Coordination with Clients, Subcontractors & Suppliers, Construction Contracts & Procurement. Proficiency in MS Office & AutoCAD. Primavera / SAP / Construction Management Software is an added advantage.
