Job description
Leading Precast & Construction Project in Kuwait is hiring a Quantity Surveyor. Responsibilities include experience in quantity surveying for precast and construction projects, strong knowledge of BOQ, cost estimation and budgeting, cost control, variations, change orders and claims, tender documentation and commercial proposals, quantity measurement and site verification, coordination with clients and subcontractors, and knowledge of construction contracts and procurement. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Primavera or SAP construction management software is required.
