Raw Material Purchasing Executive

We are hiring a Raw Material Purchasing Executive for a manufacturing client. The role focuses on sourcing paint and chemical raw materials, negotiating competitive terms, and ensuring timely supply to production. Key responsibilities: Purchase resins, solvents, pigments, fillers, and additives. Develop reliable suppliers across the UAE/GCC and international markets. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, minimum order quantities, and delivery schedules. Compare total landed costs and identify savings. Track purchase orders and shipments, coordinating with internal teams to prevent shortages. Maintain purchasing data in the ERP and ensure COA, SDS/TDS, and import documentation are available. Requirements: 3–5 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in paint, coatings, resin, or chemical manufacturing. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Knowledge of chemical raw materials, a UAE/GCC supplier network, and international sourcing experience. Understanding of Incoterms, freight, imports, and landed-cost calculations. Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.
