Job description
Supervise Reception and Service Advisor activities. Handle customer enquiries and complaints. Monitor vehicle reception, repair progress, and delivery. Ensure accurate job cards, estimates, approvals, and invoices. Coordinate with Workshop, Parts, Warranty, and other departments. Monitor team performance and provide coaching. Follow up on pending jobs and customer requirements.
