Reception Supervisor - Al-Futtaim Electric Mobility - BYD

BYD is a global technology company leading electric mobility and sustainable transport solutions, operating in the UAE as part of Al-Futtaim Automotive. We are seeking an experienced Reception Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our automotive service reception. You will ensure an efficient customer journey, high-quality interactions, accurate job-card management, and consistent compliance with company and OEM standards. Responsibilities include coordinating work across the service reception team, ensuring job cards are created and closed accurately, monitoring customer updates and complaints, overseeing warranty and parts-request processes, coaching receptionists and service advisors, maintaining HSSE standards, and tracking performance metrics.
