Recruitment Leader / Talent Acquisition Lead

Pak-Arab Refinery Limited (PARCO), an integrated energy conglomerate, is seeking a proactive recruitment leader with a strong industry network, proven headhunting expertise, and the ability to attract, assess, and secure top talent across technical, corporate, and leadership roles. Qualifications: Minimum 16 years of education in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related. Minimum 14 years of progressive, hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, including at least 5 years in a recruitment leadership role within energy, engineering, or industrial sectors. Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting or a comparable ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter. Location: PARCO Head Office, Karachi.
