Job description
Kwtsteel in Kuwait seeks a Refractory Team Leader to coordinate maintenance, repair, and relining across EAF, ladles, and tundishes during the shift. You will guide masons, supervise safety, verify workmanship, and support uninterrupted production. You will collaborate with Production, Mechanical, and Electrical teams, monitor wear, plan relining, maintain documentation in SAP, and lead toolbox talks to reinforce safe practices.
