Refund Analyst

We're looking for a detail-oriented Refund Analyst to join a high-impact team responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant refund processing. Key Responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing refund requests, preparing documentation, reconciling payments and clearings, collaborating with billing, collections, audit, and banking teams, and improving financial controls. Candidates need a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, 3-5 years of experience in tax, financial operations, accounting, audit, or reconciliation, strong understanding of financial accounting principles, internal controls, and hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP (FI/PSCD preferred). Arabic language skills are mandatory.
