Job description
Innovatee Arabia is looking for experienced Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) Engineers to join our team in Saudi Arabia. KEY REQUIREMENTS: Strong experience in RCM methodology and implementation. Hands-on experience in FMEA, FMECA, and equipment criticality analysis. Expertise in maintenance strategy development and optimization. Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance. Experience in asset reliability and maintenance excellence programs. Familiarity with SAP PM, Maximo, or similar EAM/CMMS platforms. Experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, cement, or other asset-intensive industries. LOCATION: Saudi Arabia. Immediate joiners preferred. Candidates currently residing in Saudi Arabia will be given preference.
