Reporting Lead - Capital Renewal Program

Eram Talent is seeking a Reporting Lead to manage and drive reporting activities for the Capital Renewal Program in Saudi Arabia at KAUST. The role oversees program-wide reporting, analytics, and executive visibility, ensuring delivery of accurate, timely, and actionable insights across projects. Responsibilities include leading the design and development of reports, collaborating with project managers and finance to define KPIs, developing standardized reporting frameworks covering scope, cost, schedule, and risks, consolidating project data into executive reports, establishing reporting protocols, tracking interdependencies, designing and maintaining executive dashboards, reviewing master schedules, and driving continuous improvement. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field, PMP certification preferred, Tableau or Power BI certification as an advantage, minimum 7+ years of experience in project reporting or capital project oversight, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
