Revenue Assurance Analyst

Design and implement revenue assurance processes and controls to detect and prevent revenue leakage. Analyze large datasets using SQL to identify billing discrepancies and anomalies. Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor revenue metrics and KPIs. Perform periodic audits of billing and revenue systems including reconciliation of invoices, payments, and usage data. Collaborate with finance, billing, IT, and operations teams to investigate and resolve revenue discrepancies. Prepare detailed reports and present findings, insights, and recommendations to senior management. Document revenue assurance procedures, workflows, and best practices. Provide training and support to stakeholders on revenue assurance tools and methodologies. Experience in the telecommunications industry within the GCC region. Familiarity with billing systems, ERP platforms e.g. SAP, Oracle, and data governance frameworks. Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R for advanced analytics. Professional certification in revenue assurance or data analytics e.g. Certified Revenue Assurance Professional, Microsoft Certified Data Analyst Associate. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5-7 years of professional experience in revenue assurance, finance analytics, or telecommunications operations. Technical expertise in revenue assurance methodologies and best practices. Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Hands-on experience developing and managing Power BI dashboards and visualizations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders. Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
