Job description
We are looking for an experienced Sales & Business Development professional to drive revenue growth, develop key accounts, and lead the sales team.
Key Requirements:
• 10–15 years of sales experience in Cable / Electrical / Industrial products
• Strong network with EPCs, contractors, distributors & industrial clients
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Experience in SAP SD/MM
• Strong leadership, negotiation & key account management skills
• Good knowledge of sales forecasting, reporting & market development
• Bachelor's degree in Business / Engineering preferred
