Sales Coordinator

About the Role: We are looking for Sales Coordinator who will handle inbound calls in a high service quality level and provide support and assistance to the customer service team as Internal helpdesk. Responsibilities: Receiving orders/ inquiries via phone in a high service quality level. Recording all the orders received via phone and email. Processing all the orders with utmost accuracy and clarity. Effectively communicating with the customer on orders received, schedules, pricing, product availability, product delivery, sample requests/requirements, and order confirmations. Maintaining and coordinating with procurement for system updates, products, suppliers, pricing. Qualifications: Hands on experience in similar job role in food and beverage industry. Required Skills: Problem solving skills, clear communication, friendly and positive attitude, order management, time management, experience on SAP, experience in F & V industry.
