Sales Manager – SAP / Oracle

Tech ECS Limited is looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in SAP or Oracle solutions sales to drive enterprise business development and expand our client portfolio. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and acquire new enterprise clients across the UAE, KSA, and Africa. - Drive sales of SAP or Oracle solutions, ERP implementations, and IT consulting services. - Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, and key decision-makers. - Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and client meetings to proposals, negotiations, and deal closures. - Develop strategic partnerships and identify new business opportunities. - Achieve sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Requirements: - 5-7 years of experience in enterprise IT sales, business development, or ERP solutions sales. - Mandatory experience selling SAP or Oracle solutions. - Proven track record in new client acquisition and revenue generation. - Experience selling IT consulting, implementation, or managed services. - Exposure to UAE, KSA, or African markets is highly desirable. - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
