Sales Operations Specialist - Hospitality Supplies

About Our Client Our client is a well-established international B2B organisation operating across multiple markets and supporting customers through a complex supply chain and distribution network. Job Description The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting sales operations and ensuring the integrity of commercial processes and data across the region. Key responsibilities include: - Reviewing commercial agreements, quotations and pricing structures to ensure compliance and accuracy. - Coordinating tenders, bids and customer quotations while liaising with internal stakeholders. - Supporting order pre-processing and ensuring accurate information flow across operational teams. - Maintaining pricing master data and ensuring consistency across ERP systems. - Producing regular sales, pricing and customer reports to support business decision-making. - Assisting with margin analysis, budgeting activities and performance tracking. - Driving process improvements and identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency. - Collaborating closely with commercial, finance, customer service and supply chain stakeholders across the business. The Successful Applicant - A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce or a related discipline. - Experience within sales operations, commercial support, sales administration, pricing, customer service or related functions. - Strong experience working with ERP systems. - Advanced Excel capabilities, including data analysis, reporting and large dataset management. - Excellent analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple departments. - Experience within FMCG, distribution, hospitality, trading or related industries would be advantageous.
