Job description
To provide dedicated specialist support for Sales Performance Management (SPM) and Compensation & Benefits activities, ensuring accurate and timely administration of sales incentive and commission plans, performance-related compensation, employee compensation data, system processes and management reporting. The role supports the design, implementation, validation and governance of incentive and reward processes, provides data-driven analysis to management, and works closely with HR, Finance, Sales and business stakeholders to strengthen accuracy, transparency and control across SPM and C&B processes. Job Accountability: Administer and support sales incentive, commission and performance-related compensation processes. Support the design, review and documentation of incentive/commission structures with HR and business stakeholders. Support compensation and benefits activities including salary and reward analysis, benchmarking inputs, compensation reviews. Validate employee, sales/performance and payout data; perform reconciliations. Maintain and support SPM and relevant HR system processes, including data uploads, master-data checks, workflow support, testing, issue resolution and coordination with SAP/IT teams. Prepare periodic dashboards, incentive reports, compensation analyses, payout summaries and management reports. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline. Relevant SAP / Sales Performance Management certification is an advantage. Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits, Sales Incentive/Commission Management, Reward, HR Analytics or a related area, preferably within a large diversified organisation. Experience with SAP/SuccessFactors and/or Sales Performance Management systems is preferred.
