Job description
We are looking for a Sales Support Engineer – Ready-Mix Concrete to provide technical, operational, and customer support to the Sales Team and customers. The role will be primarily responsible for Order Management, Customer Support & Complaint Management, and Technical Specification Review & BOQ Preparation. The successful candidate will act as a key coordination point between customers, BDEs/Sales, Technical, QA/QC, Production, Dispatch, and Operations, ensuring that customer requirements are accurately understood, documented, booked, and executed.
