Job description
HIRING: SALESFORCE & ERP SPECIALIST | DUBAI
A growing Dubai-based company is looking for an experienced professional to manage and connect its core business systems — Salesforce CRM and ERP.
Key responsibilities:
• Salesforce administration
• User access, workflows and automation
• Dashboards and reporting
• ERP management including inventory, billing and finance modules
• Salesforce–ERP API integration
• Data audits and system troubleshooting
• User training and first-line IT support
• Vendor coordination and documentation
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience administering Salesforce and an ERP
- Experience with NetSuite, SAP B1, Odoo or similar
- At least one integration project
- Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
- SQL and Crystal Reports knowledge
- REST/SOAP APIs and integration tools
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Trading, retail, contracting or distribution experience is an advantage.
