Drive complex SAP automotive solutions as a technical lead with strong experience in S4 HANA SAP Automotive SAP Vehicle Management System and SAP DBM After Sale while partnering closely with IT business support and customer experience stakeholders in a hybrid day shift role to deliver robust reliable platforms that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction across global automotive operations. Key Responsibilities: - Design, configure, and optimize SAP IS-Auto / DBM and Proaxia VSS solutions for Automotive Aftersales operations. - Lead business process workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution blueprint activities covering service orders, workshop management, warranty processing, and parts inventory. - Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting of production issues, debugging SAP programs and collaborating with ABAP developers. - Support end-to-end SAP implementations, rollouts, and upgrades using SAP Activate methodology. Required Skills & Experience: - Minimum 5+ years of SAP Automotive experience including SAP IS-Auto, SAP Dealer Business Management (DBM), and Proaxia VSS. - Techno-functional skills with strong debugging capabilities, enhancements, user exits, BAdIs, Smart Forms, and IDocs. - SAP cross-functional knowledge in SD, MM, FI/CO, and S/4HANA. - Minimum 2-3 end-to-end SAP implementations, rollouts, or upgrade projects.
