SAP Aftersales Technical Lead

Drive complex SAP automotive solutions as a technical lead with strong experience in S/4HANA SAP Automotive SAP Vehicle Management System and SAP DBM After Sale while partnering closely with IT business support and customer experience stakeholders in a hybrid day shift role to deliver robust reliable platforms that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction across global automotive operations. Design configure and optimize SAP IS-Auto / DBM and Proaxia VSS solutions for Automotive Aftersales operations. Lead business process workshops fit-gap analysis and solution blueprint activities including Service Orders, Workshop Management, Service Appointments, Vehicle Reception, Parts & Inventory Management, Warranty & Goodwill Processing, Recall Campaign Management, Labor Operations & Pricing, Vehicle Health Check (eVHC), and Customer Quotations & Approvals. Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting of production issues, debug SAP programs and collaborate with ABAP developers to resolve complex issues. Minimum 5+ years of SAP Automotive experience with SAP IS-Auto, SAP Dealer Business Management (DBM), Proaxia VSS. Minimum 2-3 end-to-end SAP implementations rollouts or upgrade projects.
