SAP Basis & Cloud IAG Consultant Location: Dubai, UAE Employment: Permanent, Full-Time Start Date: ASAP Salary: 20,000 AED per month If relocating, business offers relocation package About the opportunity We are recruiting an experienced SAP Basis & Cloud Identity Access Governance (IAG) Consultant for a leading technology organisation in Dubai. This is a hands-on technical position requiring strong experience in both SAP Basis administration and SAP Cloud IAG implementation. You will take ownership of SAP system operations, security and access governance while leading the implementation of SAP Cloud IAG across the organisation. Candidates must have demonstrable experience in BOTH SAP Basis and SAP Cloud IAG. SAP Security or GRC experience alone is not sufficient. Key responsibilities SAP Basis Administration - Administer and support SAP S/4HANA, ECC, HANA, Fiori, BTP and Solution Manager environments. - Manage system patching, upgrades, client copies, system refreshes, backup and recovery. - Oversee SAP transports and change management using STMS, CTS+ and ChaRM. - Monitor system performance, availability and EarlyWatch Alert reports. - Support SAP DMS, Content Server, ArchiveLink and data archiving. SAP Cloud IAG Implementation - Lead the implementation and ongoing support of SAP Cloud Identity Access Governance (IAG). - Configure access request and approval workflows, role ownership and automated provisioning. - Implement Segregation of Duties (SoD) rulesets, risk analysis and remediation. - Configure and manage access certification campaigns. - Integrate SAP IAG with IAS, IPS and SAP BTP. - Manage access governance across SAP and non-SAP applications. SAP Security & Compliance - Design and maintain PFCG roles, including single, composite and derived roles. - Manage SAP Fiori authorisations and user provisioning. - Support SAP GRC Access Control and access reviews. - Perform SAP licence measurement and FUE optimisation using USMM and LAW. - Support internal and external audits and maintain appropriate security and change-control documentation. Essential requirements - Minimum 8 years of hands-on SAP experience across Basis, Security and IAG. - Strong SAP Basis administration experience, including S/4HANA, ECC and SAP HANA. - Proven, hands-on SAP Cloud IAG implementation experience. - Experience configuring IAG access workflows, SoD rulesets, risk analysis and access certification. - Strong SAP Security knowledge, including PFCG role design and Fiori authorisations. - Experience with SAP GRC Access Control and IAS/IPS integration. - Understanding of SAP licensing, FUE optimisation and audit compliance. - Excellent English communication skills. - Willingness to work onsite in Dubai and provide out-of-hours support when required. SAP Basis, Security or GRC/IAG certifications are advantageous. Why apply?
