In this position, you will lead a team of SAP Basis consultants, providing strategic guidance and hands-on expertise in managing and supporting complex SAP landscapes. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP systems in both development and production environments. - Lead performance tuning, optimizations, and capacity planning for SAP databases. - Monitor system health and proactively address issues to maintain high availability and reliability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and implement effective solutions to meet client needs. - Manage upgrades, migrations, and patches for SAP systems, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. - Act as a mentor and leader for junior consultants, providing knowledge sharing and professional development opportunities. - Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and procedures. - Stay informed about the latest SAP technologies and enhancements, evaluating and implementing best practices. - Provide on-call support as required for SAP systems.
