SAP Business Analyst RLP

Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP PP / PM Having knowledge of other SAP modules like PP, PM & the related integrations with the SD module will be added advantage. Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document business requirements. Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements. Map business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy business needs. Design, customize, configuration and testing of SD & LE modules Coordinate, design and implement the external interfaces from third party systems to SAP SD and LE modules. Identify gaps, issues, and practical workaround solutions to ensure continuity and effectiveness of operations. Act as liaison with business & other SAP modules for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems or process problems. Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues. Identify and analyze gaps, issues, and risks, and recommend effective solutions, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives. Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects. Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical teams like basis, GRC, Solman etc. Provide ad hoc training, guidance, and user support, ensuring effective utilization of systems, tools, and business processes. Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to SAP core users and end users and other SAP module consultants. Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes, tools, and templates. Handle any task that may be assigned from time to time in the project or support environment.
