SAP Business Warehouse Specialist

Support and maintain the SAP BW environment, ensuring stable day-to-day operations and availability of critical reporting and data processing capabilities. Monitor and execute recurring operational, daily, periodic, and month-end activities within established timelines. Manage data loading, processing, extraction, and reporting activities to ensure timely availability of business information. Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of reporting outputs. Maintain and update reports, queries, reporting periods, and related configurations based on business requirements. Monitor data flows, process chains, scheduled jobs, and other SAP BW processes, identifying and resolving failures or performance issues. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve operational, data, and reporting issues while minimizing business impact. Manage incidents, service requests, and support tickets in accordance with established support procedures and SLA requirements. Support testing, validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system changes, enhancements, defect fixes, and production releases. Coordinate with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams to address operational issues and ongoing support requirements. Maintain technical and operational documentation, procedures, and knowledge assets. Proven hands-on experience with SAP Business Warehouse (SAP BW), understanding of data flows, extraction, transformation, reporting, process chains, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
