Job Summary Owns the e-commerce platform’s functional design, turns omnichannel requirements into Commerce solutions, and leads AI search and personalization with the e-commerce partner. Responsibilities - Translate omnichannel requirements into Commerce user stories and acceptance criteria - Lead AI search and personalization (phase 1 Dec 2026, phase 2 2028) - Align Commerce with S/4HANA pricing, stock and orders during the conversion - Define Customer 360 data flows between Commerce, loyalty and CRM - Accept releases in UAT and manage production issues with the partner Must Have - Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Computer Science. - 5+ years functional experience on SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), B2C retail. - SAP Certified Associate – SAP Commerce Cloud Business User. - Experience with search and personalization engines.
