SAP Consultant (PP/QM/PM/IBP) JOB PURPOSE As Per client embarks on a Greenfield S/4HANA implementation, we require a strategic functional & technical leader to take full ownership of the Manufacturing and Supply Chain Planning landscape. - Contract Role extendable - Dautom payroll - Immediate to 15 days notice preferred - Inside country AED 18K/month (19K for own visa and medical) - Outside country AED 17K/Month (inward flight and 6 nights stay) - 12 months contract then possibility to become FTE directly with client - Location: Dubai - All self benefits only KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Transformation Leadership: Act as the Lead Solution Architect for PP, QM, and PM modules during the ECC to S/4HANA transition. - End-to-End Operational Support: Ensure uninterrupted production continuity across multi-site plants (Dairy, Juice, Hatchery, Broiler, Feed). - Process Optimization: Re-engineer business processes for complex agricultural and manufacturing flows, including Biogas and TMR (Total Mixed Ration) production. - Project Governance: Manage WRICEF intake, functional specifications (FS), and Fit-to-Standard workshop delivery. - Stakeholder Management: Partner with BU Heads and Business Process Owners (BPOs) to translate operational requirements into scalable SAP solutions. - System Integrity: Oversee periodic batch jobs, MRP runs, IBP integration, and system patch testing. - Integrated Business Planning (IBP): Own the SAP IBP Demand Planning environment to drive departmental forecasting accuracy and master data alignment. TECHNICAL & PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS - Specialized mastery in SAP PP, QM, and PM modules (essential). - Functional expertise in SAP IBP or APO-DP (Demand Planning). - Strong understanding of S/4HANA Greenfield methodology and SAP Best Practices. - Industry depth: 10+ years in Food & Beverage, FMCG, or process Manufacturing sectors. - Academic: Bachelor’s Degree. - Certification: SAP Professional Certification in SCM related modules.
