SAP DBM / VMS Consultant

Starlink Qatar is hiring an experienced SAP DBM / VMS Consultant to configure, support, and enhance SAP Dealer Business Management (DBM) and Vehicle Management System (VMS) solutions for automotive operations. You will work closely with business users and technical teams to streamline vehicle sales, service, parts, and warranty processes, ensuring seamless integration with core SAP modules. Key Responsibilities include configuring and supporting SAP DBM and VMS processes covering vehicle sales, service, and parts management, maintaining vehicle master data, status management, and procurement. Configure and support warranty processes including claims handling. Integrate DBM/VMS with core SAP modules such as SD, MM, FI, and CRM. Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and translate needs into functional specifications. Work with ABAP and technical teams on enhancements, reports, interfaces, and forms. Provide day-to-day production support, troubleshoot incidents, and perform root-cause analysis. Support system testing, cutover activities, and go-live support, prepare functional documentation, and train key users. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related domain, 5+ years of experience in SAP DBM/VMS implementation or support, hands-on experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA including automotive add-ons, and solid understanding of automotive dealer processes.
