SAP EWM Business Key User / Implementation

Avensys is a reputed global IT professional services company headquartered in Singapore. We are looking for an experienced SAP EWM Business Key User to support the deployment of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) within a manufacturing environment. The role will work closely with local business users, change management, and the central SAP EWM team to ensure successful testing, business readiness, user adoption, and go-live. Location : Riyadh Saudi Arabia (onsite) Contract : 12 months, (extendable) Experience : 5+ years Only immediate joiners will be considered for this opportunity. Requirements - Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP EWM implementations, rollouts, or major enhancements. - Strong understanding of warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment. - Hands-on experience in business testing, training, and process adoption. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. - Fluent English. - Exposure to SAP S/4HANA integration with EWM, global/multi-site SAP deployments, cutover, and hypercare is preferred Key Responsibilities - Represent warehouse and logistics business processes during the SAP EWM implementation. - Participate in process design workshops and validate solutions against operational requirements. - Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT). - Support data validation, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live hypercare. - Develop and deliver end-user training and coach local key/super users. - Support change management, business readiness, and user adoption activities. - Identify implementation risks, issues, and improvement opportunities.
