SAP FICO Lead - Finance Transformation

We are Hiring: SAP FICO Lead - Finance Transformation. Location: Dubai, UAE. Experience: 8-10+ years. Target Talent: UAE-based candidates preferred; Golden Visa holders strongly prioritised. We are looking for a hands-on SAP FICO Lead to drive finance transformation, SAP S/4HANA implementation, business process standardization, and functional delivery governance across a diverse business group. Key Responsibilities: Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation and FICO configuration. Drive finance process transformation and user adoption. Manage onshore/offshore teams, system integrators, and key stakeholders. Oversee integrations, testing (SIT/UAT), and delivery governance. Support finance standardization across multiple business entities. Required Skills and Experience: Strong expertise in SAP FI/CO and S/4HANA Finance. At least 2 full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations. Knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, multicurrency accounting, and financial consolidation. Experience in Cash Management, FSCM, and RE-FX. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team governance skills. Good to Have: Oracle EBS to SAP S/4HANA migration experience and exposure to GCC contracting, EPC, manufacturing, or real estate industries.
