SAP HCM Functional Consultant

We're Hiring | SAP HCM Functional Consultant. We're looking for an experienced SAP HCM Functional Consultant to join our team and support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of SAP HCM solutions. Location: Egypt. Experience: 3-5+ Years. Key Responsibilities: Configure and support SAP HCM PA, OM, TM & Payroll (PY). Gather HR requirements and translate them into functional solutions. Handle production support and troubleshoot complex issues. Manage integration with FICO and other HR/ERP systems. Lead testing, UAT, and deployment activities. Prepare documentation and conduct user training. Manage HCM roles, authorizations, and Structural Authorizations. Ensure proper access control and Segregation of Duties (SoD). Requirements: 3-5+ years of hands-on SAP HCM functional experience. Strong expertise in PA, OM, Time Management & Payroll. Good knowledge of SAP tables, infotypes, and structural authorizations. Experience working with ABAP teams is a plus. Experience in at least one full-cycle implementation or major upgrade. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
