Hiring: SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant
Role Type: Functional
Experience: 6+ Years
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days
Contract Duration: Initially 6 Months
Work Mode: Remote – Saudi Arabia Time
Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
Job Description:
Design, configure, integrate, support, and optimize SAP S/4HANA HCM, Employee Central (EC), and Payroll processes.
Manage organizational structures, position management, and workforce administration.
Configure payroll schemas, PCRs, retro accounting, and payroll processes.
Support time and attendance integration and Payroll Control Center.
Handle EC–S/4HANA replication, BIB/P2P integrations, and HRIS synchronization.
Troubleshoot payroll and employee data replication issues.
Ensure payroll compliance and statutory requirements.
Experience with KSA payroll regulations, including GOSI, EOSB, overtime, leave encashment, and Saudi labor law compliance.
