Job description
Provide functional knowledge and support for HCM Payroll processes, including payroll preparation, processing, validation, and post-payroll activities. Understand end-to-end employee lifecycle processes in SAP SuccessFactors, including time and attendance integration, payroll processing, leave and absence management. Develop detailed test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for SuccessFactors implementations and enhancements. Perform end-to-end testing of SuccessFactors business processes from hire to termination, SIT and regression testing, validate payroll-related processes, and track defects using Jira.
