SAP HR-SF Consultant

IT solutions provider Zone is hiring an experienced SAP HR-SF Consultant on a full-time, remote basis in Egypt. This role focuses on analyzing complex business requirements, configuring core SuccessFactors and SAP HCM/HR modules, and delivering full-cycle implementations and enterprise integrations. Position Overview: Role: SAP HR-SF Consultant, Company: Zone, Location: Egypt (Fully Remote), Employment Type: Full-time, Target Experience: 4 to 6 years of hands-on expertise, Implementation Milestone: Minimum 4 end-to-end (E2E) full-cycle implementations in SAP HR or SuccessFactors. Key Requirements & Technical Skills: Core SF Modules: Mastery in Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), and Time Tracking (TT). Talent Management Suite: Hands-on configuration experience in Performance & Goals (PMGM), Recruiting, and Onboarding. System Integration: Solid understanding of cross-functional integration between SAP HR/SuccessFactors and SAP FICO as well as S/4HANA modules. Regulatory Compliance: Ability to align system workflows with local labor laws, statutory tax/payroll requirements, and internal HR policies. Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors or S/4HANA HR Certification is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: Lead functional requirement gathering, blueprint design, solution configuration, and post-go-live support. Develop functional specifications, maintain comprehensive technical/system documentation, and create end-user training guides. Optimize HR workflows, troubleshoot system incidents, and manage cross-module data synchronization.
