SAP Lead

We are seeking a SAP Lead based in the United Arab Emirates to oversee end-to-end SAP implementations and testing activities. The ideal candidate will coordinate project teams, manage testing efforts, and drive quality delivery across SAP modules while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and client expectations. Responsibilities - Lead SAP implementation and testing activities across modules such as FI/CO, SD, MM, and PP - Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and scripts in alignment with project requirements - Configure and customize SAP modules to meet business needs - Manage test management and project management tools (e.g., HP ALM, JIRA, MS Project) - Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve issues - Mentor and guide junior consultants and testing teams - Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and present updates to executive stakeholders - Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies - Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities - Ensure compliance with governance, quality standards, and best practices Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field - 4–6 years of hands-on experience in SAP implementation and testing - Proficiency in SAP modules such as FI/CO, SD, MM, or PP - Experience with test management and project management tools (HP ALM, JIRA, MS Project) - Formal testing certification (e.g., ISTQB) - Strong understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Willingness to travel within the UAE as required Preferred Qualifications - SAP certification in relevant modules (e.g., SAP FI, SAP SD) - Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) - Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori - Experience working in the UAE or Middle East region - Proficiency in Arabic - Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
