SAP Lead

We are seeking a SAP Lead based in the United Arab Emirates to oversee end-to-end SAP implementations and testing activities. The ideal candidate will coordinate project teams, manage testing efforts, and drive quality delivery across SAP modules while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and client expectations. Responsibilities include leading SAP implementation and testing activities across modules such as FI/CO, SD, MM, and PP, developing and executing test strategies, plans, and scripts, configuring and customizing SAP modules, managing test management and project management tools like HP ALM, JIRA, and MS Project, coordinating with stakeholders, mentoring junior consultants, monitoring project progress, conducting risk assessments, and facilitating workshops. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, 4-6 years of hands-on experience in SAP implementation and testing, proficiency in SAP FI/CO, SD, MM, or PP, experience with test management tools, and an ISTQB testing certification.
