SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) Lead

Al Shirawi is migrating from Oracle E-Business Suite to SAP S/4HANA (RISE with SAP), and clean, governed master data is at the center of it. We're looking for a senior leader to own that. What you'll do: - Own the MDG strategy, data taxonomy and governance framework - Chair the Data Governance Council and secure executive sign-off on data definitions - Design taxonomies and hierarchies across Material, Business Partner, Financials/COA and Assets - Lead cleansing, mapping and validation with SI partners and migration platforms such as ChainSys - Report DQ KPIs and readiness scorecards to executive management - Challenge legacy data habits and hold the business accountable What we're looking for: - 10+ years leading MDG/MDM initiatives in complex enterprises - Hands-on SAP MDG and data migration experience on S/4HANA (RISE) - Strong executive presence, able to influence senior leaders and handle resistance - Bachelor's degree in IS, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field Bonus: Oracle EBS to S/4HANA migration, ChainSys exposure, UAE experience, SAP MDG or DAMA-CDMP certification Dubai, UAE | Full-time Apply or send your CV to hr_it@alshirawi.ae
