SAP Payroll Control Center

Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end SAP HCM Payroll implementations and support for multi-country payroll landscapes. Act as Functional Lead for payroll transformation initiatives, ensuring compliance with UAE and APAC statutory regulations. Drive SAP HCM Payroll solutions across S/4 HCM, SuccessFactors EC/ECP, and integrated payroll systems. Manage large-scale payroll rollouts, enhancements, and support programs across multiple legal entities. Oversee incident management and resolution, ensuring payroll continuity and minimal business disruption. Lead requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, build, testing (UAT), and deployment activities. Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and end-user training sessions to ensure smooth adoption. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality payroll solutions. Mentor junior consultants and ensure adherence to best practices and delivery standards. Drive process optimization, automation, and compliance assurance initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Support integration across payroll, finance, time management, and HR master data systems.
