Job description
We are looking for an experienced SAP PM Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance, Work Clearance Management (WCM), Fleet Management, Linear Asset Management (LAM), and SAP Mobility Solutions. MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE: 8+ years of SAP PM Functional experience, minimum 2 full-cycle SAP PM implementations, strong hands-on experience in configuration, business process mapping, testing & production support, requirement gathering, workshops, fit-gap analysis and solution design, functional specification preparation & coordination with ABAP teams, experience in UAT, cutover, go-live & hypercare, strong stakeholder management and communication skills. GOOD TO HAVE: SAP Multi Resource Scheduling (MRS), SAP IS-U / Utilities experience, SAP S/4HANA Asset Management, SAP Fiori - Asset Management, experience in Utilities, Power, Water, Oil & Gas or other asset-intensive industries, SAP PM / S/4HANA Asset Management certification.
