SAP Project Coordinator

SAP Project Coordinator (Urgent Requirement) We are actively seeking a hands-on, proactive SAP Project Coordinator to join our team on an urgent basis for a critical 6-month short-term contract. In this role, you will play a key part in driving and coordinating the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud deployment across Africa, working directly with business users, functional teams, and implementation partners. Responsibilities - UAT & Quality: Plan, track, and close UAT and defect management using SAP Cloud ALM. - Data & Cutover: Coordinate data migration (prep, loading, sign-off), cutover dependencies, and go-live readiness. - Enablement & Support: Lead key-user/end-user training, change management, hypercare, and support transition. - Governance: Proactively manage risks, actions, and blockers to hit deadlines. What We're Looking For - 5+ years in SAP project coordination/management. - Mandatory: At least 1 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud deployment. - Hands-on proficiency with SAP Cloud ALM (test/defect modules). - Strong end-to-end experience across UAT, migration, cutover, and training. - Exceptional stakeholder management skills across multi-country teams. - Willingness to travel to Africa as needed.
