SAP RE-FX (Flexible Real Estate Management) Consultant

Müller's Solutions is looking for a knowledgeable SAP RE-FX Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and solutions related to the management of real estate processes leveraging SAP RE-FX functionality. You will work directly with clients to understand their business requirements and implement effective SAP solutions that enhance their real estate management capabilities. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze client requirements and design comprehensive solutions using SAP RE-FX. - Implement, configure, and optimize RE-FX functionalities including contract management, billing, and reporting. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of RE-FX with other SAP modules and systems. - Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on RE-FX processes and practices. - Develop and execute test plans to validate the configurations and customizations made in RE-FX. - Provide ongoing maintenance and support for existing RE-FX implementations. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience working with SAP RE-FX or in a similar role focused on real estate management. - Strong understanding of business processes related to real estate management, including leasing, maintenance, and billing. - Experience with SAP integration practices and working knowledge of other SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM) is a plus. - SAP certification in RE-FX or related areas is preferred.
