Job description
SAP S/4HANA Change Lead - Contract, LATAM
Immediate 12-month contract opportunity for an experienced SAP Change Lead to join a manufacturing S/4HANA implementation across core LATAM regions
Must have proven change management experience in an S/4HANA environment
Lead change impact assessments and readiness planning
Knowledge of SAP OCM frameworks (ADKAR or similar)
Fluent Spanish and English required, Portuguese desirable
Can be based in any LATAM country, there will be some travel involved
