SAP Senior FICO Consultant

RED is supporting a global logistics client on a major OneSAP transformation programme and is looking for an experienced SAP Senior FICO Consultant to act as the key bridge between the global project team and local business stakeholders. Location: Dubai (Hybrid). Start: November 2026. Duration: Until mid-February 2027. Allocation: Full-time. Key Requirements: Strong SAP Finance and Procurement experience with at least 5 SAP project deliveries in a Senior or Lead Consultant capacity. Proven ability to act as the interface between implementation teams and business stakeholders. Experience gathering, validating, and challenging business requirements within a Fit-to-Standard approach. Strong knowledge of local regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements. Hands-on experience with data migration, testing, documentation, training, and hypercare support. Agile delivery and sprint-based project experience. Experience working on international SAP programmes across multiple regions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent English. Preferred: SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud experience, SAP Activate methodology experience, Experience supporting global template rollouts and localization activities.
