Job description
Coordinate SAP delivery activities, tickets, and customer requests. Prioritise workloads and track progress against agreed SLAs. Coordinate SAP consultants and supplier resources. Support governance meetings, reporting, and escalations. Coordinate Change Requests, technical specifications, and effort estimates. Act as a key customer-facing point of contact for delivery-related matters. Support resource planning, transitions, and consultant replacements. Identify opportunities for service improvement and optimisation.
