SAP Service Delivery Coordinator

SAP Service Delivery Coordinator Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Start: ASAP Duration: Until August 2027 Working Model: Hybrid / Onsite, transitioning to remote We are looking for an experienced SAP Service Delivery Coordinator to support a major SAP customer in Riyadh. The role will sit between the customer, SAP consultants and the delivery management team, coordinating day-to-day service delivery and ensuring tickets, SLAs, resources and escalations are managed effectively. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate SAP delivery activities, tickets and customer requests. Prioritise workloads and track progress against agreed SLAs. Coordinate SAP consultants and supplier resources. Support governance meetings, reporting and escalations. Coordinate Change Requests, technical specifications and effort estimates. Act as a key customer-facing point of contact for delivery-related matters. Support resource planning, transitions and consultant replacements. Identify opportunities for service improvement and optimisation.
