SAP SF Time Tracking Consultant

Muller's Solutions is seeking a talented SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking Consultant to join our remote team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in assisting organizations with the implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking functionalities. You will work closely with clients to gather requirements, configure the system, and ensure a seamless integration with existing HR processes. Key Responsibilities include collaborating with clients to understand time tracking needs, configuring SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking solutions, conducting workshops and training sessions for end-users, assisting in system testing, validation, and implementation, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting, and staying updated on the latest SAP SuccessFactors features. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in Time Tracking or Time Management modules. Solid understanding of HR processes and time tracking functionalities within SAP SF. Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into technical specifications. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Relevant SAP certifications in SuccessFactors are a plus.
