We help organizations transform their business through strategic consulting and best-in-class SAP solutions. As we scale our SAP Practice, we are looking for a visionary SAP Solutions Architect to lead our delivery and pre-sales. Role Summary: The SAP Solutions Architect will be responsible for designing end-to-end SAP solutions, leading implementation strategy, and serving as the ultimate technical and functional authority for our clients. You will bridge business requirements, technology, and delivery teams to ensure sustainable, scalable, and high-value SAP transformations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Solution Design & Architecture: - Design integrated end-to-end solutions across SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors (EC, ECP, Talent), SAP HCM, and BTP/CPI. - Define architecture standards, integration patterns (EC to ECP, S/4HANA, 3rd party), data migration strategy, and security/permission models. - Create solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and technical proposals for clients. 2. Pre-Sales & Client Advisory: - Act as a trusted advisor to C-level and HR leadership. Lead discovery workshops and requirement gathering sessions. - Support sales team in scoping, effort estimation, and creating winning proposals. - Present SAP roadmaps and digital transformation strategies for HCM to Cloud. 3. Delivery Leadership: - Provide oversight and governance on multiple SAP implementation projects simultaneously. - Guide functional consultants (HCM, Payroll, EC, ECP, Talent) and technical consultants (ABAP, CPI). - Manage risks, resolve complex architectural issues, and ensure successful go-live. 4. Innovation & Practice Building: - Stay updated on latest SAP innovations: S/4HANA, BTP, AI in SuccessFactors, Payroll Control Center. - Develop accelerators, best practices, and reusable assets for SGP’s SAP practice. - Mentor and develop junior consultants. Required Qualifications: - Experience: - +5 years in SAP ecosystem, with at least 3+ years as a Solutions Architect or Lead Consultant. - Functional Depth: Expert-level knowledge in at least two areas: SAP HCM On-Premise, SuccessFactors Employee Central, ECP, S/4HANA HR, or Talent Management. - Integration Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP, CPI, PI/PO, Integration Center, and APIs. - Project Experience: Proven track record leading at least 3-4 full lifecycle SAP implementations (Greenfield / Brownfield / Cloud Transformation). - Certifications: SAP Certified - SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or S/4HANA. TOGAF or SAP Enterprise Architect certification is a strong plus. - Languages: Fluent in English & Arabic.
