SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Urgent requirement for an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on an onsite basis. Preferred nationality is Saudi. Responsibilities include providing post-implementation functional and technical support for all SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning Management System, Succession & Development, Compensation, and WorkZone. The role acts as a focal point for SuccessFactors matters, coordinates with business users to resolve issues, handles high priority changes, assists in testing, leads application support and end-user training, gathers requirements, and performs detailed analysis. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in IT, certifications in EC, ECP, RCM, SuccessFactors Career and Development Planning, LMS, and PMGM, and 5+ years of experience in end-to-end implementation across these modules.
