Job description
Looking for SAP SuccessFactors for Government Project (SF Support) Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Arabic Speakers with Transferable IQAMA.
Main Responsibilities:
• Production support: Triage, prioritize, and resolve Tier 2/3 tickets across EC, Recruiting/Onboarding, and Performance Goals/Compensation within SLA
• Root-cause fixes: Diagnose recurring issues and implement permanent fixes, not workarounds
• Change management: Execute configuration changes and small enhancements (business rules, workflows, MDF, RBP, forms) through change control
• Monitoring: Track integrations, and batch jobs; resolve failures quickly
• Release support: Review quarterly SuccessFactors release notes, regression test, and roll out relevant features
• Cycle readiness: Support seasonal HR operations (like promotion and performance cycles) and resolve cycle-specific issues
• Documentation knowledge: Maintain runbooks and configuration workbooks; support HR business partners and admins directly.
