SAP SuccessFactors Consultant - 6 Month

Müller's Solutions is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant for a 6-month contract. In this dynamic role, you will help our clients leverage SAP SuccessFactors to enhance their human resources processes, from recruitment to employee development. Your expertise in SuccessFactors will be instrumental in optimizing HR operations and supporting the overall business strategy. Key Responsibilities include analyzing client requirements, configuring and enhancing SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Talent Management, Performance Management), ensuring seamless integrations, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing support. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field; minimum 5 years of experience implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors solutions; strong understanding of HR processes and best practices; proficiency in configuring modules; certification highly desirable; ability to commit to a 6-month contract.
